The 69th ECSA Health Ministers Conference provides a unique space for partners and stakeholders, corporate institutions, research and development, and pharmaceutical companies to interact with other national and international stakeholders, development partners, and other health sector players in Africa and beyond.
The main theme for the conference is Innovation and Accountability in Health Towards Achieving Universal Health Coverage and the sub-themes include:

- Equity and access to eye health care in the ECSA region
- Innovative approaches toward achieving food safety and improving quality of life
