Zeleke Alebachew is an Epidemiologist by profession, graduated with MPH in Epidemiology. Currently he is working as Senior Tuberculosis and Global Fund Grant Adviser to the National Tuberculosis Program of Ghana, seconded by STAR/USAID. He has more than 15 years of experience in public health and more than six years at international level. He worked more than 13 years on programmatic management of TB, TB/HIV, MDR TB and Pediatric TB. He worked as WHO temporary advisor to the National TB Prevalence Survey and provided support to Ghana, Sudan, and Rwanda. He worked at national level in various positions including Monitoring and evaluation advisor, TB prevalence survey coordinator, HIV most at risk population survey coordinator and lecturing at one of the national universities in Ethiopia. He has reach experience in grant writing, national strategic plan development, program review, monitoring and evaluation, TB grant implementation, research and publication.
